All redemptions are currently processed through crypto or eCheck, based on processing availability. This cannot be decided by the player. eCheck is same day / instant and crypto is instant once processed.
After completing and submitting the form below, you will receive an email to claim your redemption (eCheck) or payment (crypto) within 1-12 hours.
Please ensure your email is correct, as redemptions cannot be resent or reversed once sent. Crypto redemptions are typically instant once sent, but processing times may vary depending on the blockchain network. Once you've claimed your redemption, please monitor the transaction status through your wallet.

Please be aware that the maximum amount for freeplay redemption is $15.
The total maximum withdrawal permitted within a 24-hour period is $300 with 3 maximum transactions. The minimum withdrawal is $50. If your credit balance is insufficient, any redeem requests will be canceled without prior notice. If more than $50 is requested but unavailable, any amount over $50 will be automatically redeemed.

IMPORTANT: When redeeming after receiving a deposit bonus, you MUST have wagered (played) at least 100% of the bonus PLUS 50% of your deposit in spins or turns, otherwise your request will be declined.
For example: if you deposited $20 and got the 50% new user bonus ($10), you must play $20 ($10+(50% of $20)) in wagers before you can request a redemption.
