Q: What are the bonus redemption rules?

Q. How much can I win with freeplay?

A. Max of $15 redeemable from freeplay, the remainder of credits will be removed from account.  Once a deposit is made, general redeem limits are applicable.

Q. I received my account but it did not have 300 free credits.

A. If your ID and name don’t match, our system can’t process your ID, or you already have an account, you will still receive an account but without the free credits. This policy helps protect our players and ensure game integrity by preventing unauthorized wagers. Once your account is created, the 300 free credits cannot be added. However, you can request free credits through NPN here, and you'll still be able to purchase credits via your account in the wallet.​

A: Once the payment has been sent, we have no control over the process and cannot resend the payment. In most cases, your bank will be able to assist with payment delays, so we recommend contacting them first. If your bank informs you that the payment was returned, we can resend it after we receive it back (typically within 7 business days), but there will be a $35 processing fee.

Q: I didn’t receive my payment email. Help!
A: To avoid missing your payment, avoid using a Gmail address, as Google often filters payment emails into folders like "Promotions," making them difficult to find. Incorrect email addresses can also lead to failed payments. If you need a payment to be resent, you can request it via email. Please note that resending payments will incur a fee of 5% of the amount or $15, whichever is higher.

Q: Can I deposit my check into someone else’s account?
A: No, the name on the check must match the name on your bank account. If there is a mismatch or incorrect information, the check will be returned. Returned checks can be reissued, but will be subject to a $35 reissue fee.​
